  •           "My name is Joe I am a plumbing-HVAC tech at Thorsens. After many years of contracting on my own I decided to join Thorsens, I think what I find most rewarding are the clients. We have a large amount of repeat business and most of the time I am greeted by a first name basis, and many times by a hug! You know you must be doing it right when clients are very happy to see you and even very pleased when you hand them an invoice. Many companies say they have a "family environment" however for me it was put to the test when I was hospitalized for 3 weeks, and one of the very first people to the ER was one of our staff, virtually every day they would visit sometimes too many at a time. One more very nice difference in having such a large experienced staff is if a challenge ever presents itself there are plenty of answers to solve the situation. So I guess what I am saying is it is actually fun and rewarding to work for such a great family'"
