Although the installation took longer than anticipated the invoice was for the price quoted.

Brian took the time and effort in making sure that the ducting met all standards and passed both Thorsen's duct test and the test of an outside firm even with the extra difficulties. He should be praised for his effort in doing so. His efforts made things a lot easier for me. A technician from any other company would probably have given up on the ducting and left the job half finished.
